How a repair visit works
A licensed technician tests the electrical components, refrigerant charge, airflow and drainage, then gives you a clear price before any work begins. Diagnostics are free when you go ahead with the repair. We carry common parts on our trucks so most repairs are finished in one visit.
If a repair no longer makes sense for an older system, we'll tell you honestly and show you the numbers so you can decide.
Maintenance that prevents breakdowns
A yearly tune-up cleans the coils, checks the refrigerant charge, tests electrical connections and clears the drain line. It keeps the system efficient and catches small problems before they turn into a no-cooling call on the hottest day of the year. Our Comfort Plan includes two tune-ups a year, priority service and 10% off repairs.

Is my old system still worth repairing?
If the system is over about 12–15 years old, uses R-22 refrigerant, or needs a major part like a compressor, replacement is often the better value. We'll walk you through both options.
